Our faculty is the foundation of everything we do. We take pride in bringing together educators who are passionate about both their craft and their students’ growth. Each instructor offers a unique perspective, creating a well-rounded and inspiring environment where dancers are challenged, supported, and prepared for the next level.

Kristin micalizzi

Kristin Micalizzi (she/her) is an entrepreneur, educator, yoga teacher, certified life coach, hypnotherapist, and special needs advocate with deep roots in both the performing arts and community leadership worlds. A mother of four, Kristin has spent years supporting children, teens, and families through education, coaching, and advocacy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from University of Massachusetts Amherst and her master’s degree in Elementary Education from Lesley University. Kristin’s mission is to inspire dancers, artists, creatives, and families through classes, events, and community connection.

Gianna Micalizzi

Gianna Micalizzi (she/her) is a versatile dancer, choreographer, and creative artist with a strong foundation in both performance and visual storytelling. She trained extensively in Boston as a member of MLZ MVMNT and is a pre-professional alumni of Boston Dance Studios.

She continued her training in Los Angeles, spending two years in The Space TV’s Launch Program, where she expanded her experience across a wide range of dance styles and gained valuable industry insight. Gianna now works as a dancer, choreographer and teacher, known for her versatility, precision, and creativity.

In addition to dance, she is a professional photographer and visual artist through her business, Gianna Rose Studios, where she brings her artistic vision to life through multiple mediums.

Maxwell PAuls

Maxwell Pauls (they/them) is a dancer, choreographer,  and creative director with a BFA in Commercial Dance from the Boston Conservatory. They have worked in New York, LA, Boston, DC, and Miami and are trained in musical theater, hip hop, street jazz, vogue, tap, and ballet. They have choreographed both live shows and music videos and aim to change the dance industry from within for the better, providing a safe space for all dancers to come as they are.

Shannon Curran

Shannon Curran (she/her) is a Boston-based dancer, choreographer, and educator with decades of experience and roots in the city’s vibrant performing arts community. A graduate of Emerson College, Shannon went on to train in Los Angeles before returning to Boston, where she founded her own dance company and has performed and competed alongside numerous other companies and artists throughout the region.
